The beautiful apartment with two large bedrooms with 2 big windows, lots of sunlight. The private washing room, kitchen and Laundry are separate. The unit has a separate entrance. Everything is separate. In addition, the unit has own 2 storage rooms (one walk-in). The beautiful deck (see picture attached) and backyard back onto the forest, which likes to live in the oxygen bar with the beautiful view. No house behind the backyard. The forest is surrounding by metal fence, which is not allowed people to enter inside by law. therefore, you won't see anybody in forest of backyard, giving the highest privacy. The unit is located on the ground floor of the house. Internet, laundry and one parking are included. Second parking is possible. Nothing is shared with others. Landlord is 2 people family, tenant is responsible for only a small portion of 35% of utility bills.
