位置Scarborough,离utsc和Centennial College超级近,周围环境很nice.距离校园只有1公里,走路仅需十五分钟. 交通便利,近38路和95路公交站. 

房子一共只住了四个人都在二层,一楼是客厅和厨房餐厅活动室不住人. 厨房设备齐全干净整洁,一楼有独立带淋浴的洗手间.由于本人四月底毕业要回国了,如果有需要的生活用品可以直接留下.

房东之前是自住.房子面积很大装修超级新(不是学校附近那种常见专门用来出租的老房子),3个室友都是utsc的大三international学生,超级友善包容好相处,有事儿好商量.绝对是你见过最nice的室友没有之一. 

为了大家的生活质量着想, 地下室没有外租, 完全不用担心任何安全隐患,可以安心住到毕业的那种.

SINGLE ROOM FOR RENT!!! Due to my graduation at the end of April, I will be going back to my home country, I'm renting out the room I'm currently living in. The location is Scarborough, super close to UTSC and Centennial College. Only 1 kilometres away from the UTSC campus, about 15-minute walk to the campus and the surrounding environment is very nice, convenient transportation 5 minutes walk to 38 and 95 bus stops. The apartment is fully furnished, with a shared kitchen and a separate bathroom on the first floor. A lot of Household products can not be taken away, if you need something can be left directly. The house was previously used for the landlord's residence, a large area of super new decoration (not the kind of school nearby old house which is specially used for rent) and, clean and tidy living environment, 3 roommates are all international students of UTSC, super friendly. The basement is not rented out for the sake of the quality of life, so you don't have to worry about any safety hazards.  Starting from May 1st, four-month lease until the end of August, one month paying with two months deposit, long term lease is welcome !!!!!
