BRAND NEW separate entrance basement apartment for rent for the FIRST time! VERY BRIGHT and HOMEY!

I’m looking for 2 female students to rent out rooms separately or 1 family to rent out the entire basement apartment. The term is flexible, could be few months to 1 year. 
The apartment is newly renovated, never been lived. It has 2 rooms, and is fully furnished with all furnitures, sheets, cookwares I just bought. But feel free to bring your own stuff in as well! All room has separate locks.

3 levelled house located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. (near Dufferin and Steels) The landlord is a young working professional couple who are very busy and never home. Landlord lives on the corner of third level where is far and soundless from the basement. 

- Location: 
10 mins to York University, 5 mins to Yorkville University, 15 mins to centennial college. 3 mins to all the groceries and living essential stores. Bus station right outside of house. 

- Requirements:
